REFUND POLICY

At Kanaka Jewelry, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your order, we offer a straightforward return process.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
  • Time Frame: Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition, accompanied by all original packaging and documentation.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
  • Engraved, personalized, or custom-made pieces are not eligible for return.
RETURN PROCESS
  1. Initiate Return: Contact our Customer Service team at hi@kanakajewelry.com to start your return process.
  2. Prepare Package: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, certificates, and receipts.
  3. Shipping: Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our Customer Service team. 
REFUNDS
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds for unused items will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
EXCHANGES
  • To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired piece.
