OUR STORY

Kanaka is a small studio in Copenhagen. We create contemporary jewelry grounded in the imagery of the prehistoric European goddess. Our aim is modern Scandinavian design with simple forms that carry real meaning.

Early farming communities lived close to the land. The goddess stood for living energy, clear seeing, growth, cycles, transformation, and care for nature and community. We translate these ideas into jewelry for today.

Design happens in Denmark. Production takes place in Italy with skilled makers. Each piece is finished with precision and checked at every stage.

We work mainly in silver with occasional gold details. Ninety nine percent of our metal is recycled. We avoid gemstones and diamonds to stay clear of conflict materials. Packaging is FSC certified cardboard with cotton pouches. We choose short supply routes and fair working conditions.

The pieces feel clean and strong. They carry a quiet link to nature and to one another. Wear them every day.

Kanaka is not about trends. It is about design with substance and a connection to what lasts.
